Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Dump the dry cake mix into the pan and spread it out evenly.

Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping over the cake mix.

Sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecans over the top.
Step 5
Pour the melted butter evenly over the entire surface.
Step 6
Bake for 45-50 minutes until the edges are set. (Note: Total time includes cooling for best texture).
