Step 1
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese.

Simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.

Stir in the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until spinach is wilted.

Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
