Healthy High-Protein Shrimp and Spinach Pasta

When you are craving a hearty bowl of pasta but want to stick to your fitness goals, it can feel like you have to compromise on flavor. Fortunately, this Healthy High-Protein Shrimp and Spinach Pasta shatters that myth entirely. Boasting nearly 40 grams of lean protein per serving, this quick 20-minute meal is the definition of a guilt-free indulgence.

You might expect to find an elegant seafood pasta like this as a premium $28 feature on a high-end seafood restaurant menu. But by using a light broth and lemon base instead of heavy alfredo creams, you create a vibrant, nutrient-dense dish at a fraction of the cost. Because we rely on the natural flavors of garlic and fresh spinach, it is incredibly easy to make this dish 100% gluten-free by swapping in your favorite chickpea or lentil pasta. And if you have guests coming over, you can offer a fun, unexpected appetizer like a creamy allrecipes queso dip with veggies before serving this sophisticated, protein-packed main course!
